본 약관은 Dreamora, 무료 Dreamora Preview, 계정 및 Dreamora Premium을 규율하는 하나의 계약을 구성합니다.
1. 서비스의 성격
Dreamora는 오락과 자기 탐구를 위한 AI 생성 꿈 해석 및 개인 성찰 콘텐츠를 제공합니다. 미래의 사건을 예측하거나 운명, 숙명, 초자연적 접촉 또는 실제 세계의 결과를 사실로 단언하지 않습니다.
2. AI 생성 콘텐츠
Dreamora 콘텐츠는 AI가 생성하며 주관적이고 불완전하거나 부정확할 수 있습니다. 자세한 내용은 면책 고지를 확인하세요.
3. 계정 및 자격
계정을 만들거나 Dreamora Premium을 구매하려면 최소 18세 이상이거나 거주 지역의 법적 성인 연령이어야 합니다. 정확한 정보를 제공하고 자격 증명을 보호하며 무단 액세스가 의심되는 경우 지원팀에 알리십시오.
4. Dreamora Premium and paid features
Dreamora sells 3 complete Premium dream interpretations for USD $2.99 as a one-time purchase. There is no subscription, recurring charge, automatic renewal, or free trial. Payment does not make an interpretation more factually accurate, predictive, medically valid, psychologically diagnostic, or guaranteed to produce any life outcome.

Dreamora는 정확성, 유용성, 가용성, 특정 해석 또는 개인, 관계, 건강, 직업, 재정, 영적 또는 기타 결과를 보장하지 않습니다.

8. One-time purchase
Each USD $2.99 purchase adds exactly 3 complete Premium dream interpretations to the purchaser’s account. It is a one-time charge, not a subscription, and does not renew automatically.
9. Interpretation credits
One credit is consumed only when a new complete Premium interpretation is successfully produced. Purchased credits do not expire under the current product rules, do not have cash value, and cannot be transferred between accounts.

계정을 재판매하거나, 승인 없이 계정을 공유하거나, 악성 요청을 자동화하거나, 보호된 Premium 콘텐츠를 스크래핑하거나, 할당량, 인증 또는 결제 통제를 우회하거나, 법적으로 허용되는 범위에서 리버스 엔지니어링을 하거나, 사기성 결제를 하거나, 인프라를 공격하거나, 다른 사람의 꿈이나 권리를 주장하려고 시도해서는 안 됩니다.
12. 지적 재산권 및 사용자 콘텐츠
귀하는 제출한 꿈 텍스트에 대해 보유한 권리를 유지하며, Dreamora가 이를 처리하고 서비스를 제공하는 데 필요한 제한적 권리를 Dreamora에 부여합니다. Dreamora 및 그 소프트웨어, 디자인, 브랜딩, 서비스 콘텐츠는 해당 지식재산권 법률에 의해 보호됩니다.
13. 가용성, 변경 및 계정 조치
서비스는 변경, 중단 또는 종료될 수 있습니다. Dreamora는 관련 법률에 따라 사기, 남용, 보안 위험 또는 본 약관의 중대한 위반에 대해 계정을 제한하거나 일시 중지하거나 종료할 수 있습니다.
14. 책임 제한
관련 법률이 허용하는 최대 범위 내에서 Dreamora는 서비스의 해석 또는 사용으로 인해 발생하는 간접적, 부수적, 특별, 결과적 또는 신뢰 기반 손실에 대해 책임을 지지 않습니다. 본 약관의 어떤 조항도 법적으로 배제할 수 없는 책임이나 권리를 배제하지 않습니다.
15. 개인정보 보호, 삭제 및 필요한 보존
The Privacy Policy explains data processing and deletion. Account deletion does not require immediate destruction of records reasonably retained for accounting, legal obligations, chargebacks, payment disputes, fraud prevention, security, or enforcement of legal rights. Historical subscription records, if any, may be retained and supported.
