This policy explains how Dreamora processes data for its guest Preview, account, and Dreamora Premium services.
Information we process
We process the dream text you submit, generated Preview and Premium interpretations, an opaque browser-session identifier, locale, limited usage and security data, and—when you create an account—your verified email, account identifiers, purchase history, and remaining interpretation credits. Do not submit information you do not want processed for dream interpretation.
AI and service providers
Dream text is sent to our configured AI provider to generate content. Supabase provides authentication and server-side data infrastructure. Dodo Payments processes one-time checkout, payment methods, and refunds. Dreamora does not directly store complete card or bank-account details.
Analytics, security, and retention
We collect limited performance, product, fraud-prevention, and security events. We do not intentionally send raw dream text, complete interpretations, or complete payment details to analytics. We retain account, dream, billing, entitlement, security, and support records only as reasonably needed to provide the service, meet accounting or legal obligations, handle chargebacks or disputes, prevent fraud, protect security, and enforce legal rights.
Your choices and account deletion
You may manage or delete your Dreamora account from Account. Some account, order, credit-ledger, and service records may be retained where reasonably necessary for accounting, law, payment disputes, fraud prevention, security, or legal claims. Historical subscription records, if any, remain readable for support and accounting.
