These Terms form one agreement governing Dreamora, the free Dreamora Preview, accounts, and Dreamora Premium.
1. Nature of the service
Dreamora provides AI-generated dream interpretation and personal-reflection content for entertainment and self-exploration. It does not predict future events or state fate, destiny, supernatural contact, or real-world outcomes as fact.
2. AI-generated content
Dreamora content is AI-generated, subjective, and may be incomplete or inaccurate. See the Disclaimer for details.
3. Accounts and eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority where you live, to create an account or purchase Dreamora Premium. Provide accurate information, protect your credentials, and notify support if you suspect unauthorized access.
4. Dreamora Premium and paid features
Dreamora sells 3 complete Premium dream interpretations for USD $2.99 as a one-time purchase. There is no subscription, recurring charge, automatic renewal, or free trial. Payment does not make an interpretation more factually accurate, predictive, medically valid, psychologically diagnostic, or guaranteed to produce any life outcome.
5. No guaranteed result
Dreamora does not guarantee accuracy, usefulness, availability, a particular interpretation, or any personal, relationship, health, career, financial, spiritual, or other outcome.

8. One-time purchase
Each USD $2.99 purchase adds exactly 3 complete Premium dream interpretations to the purchaser’s account. It is a one-time charge, not a subscription, and does not renew automatically.
9. Interpretation credits
One credit is consumed only when a new complete Premium interpretation is successfully produced. Purchased credits do not expire under the current product rules, do not have cash value, and cannot be transferred between accounts.
10. Refund policy
Refund eligibility and processing are governed by Dreamora’s Refund Policy and applicable law.

You may not resell accounts, share an account without authorization, automate abusive requests, scrape protected Premium content, bypass quotas, authentication, or payment controls, reverse engineer where restriction is legally permitted, make fraudulent payments, attack infrastructure, or attempt to claim another person’s dream or entitlement.
12. Intellectual property and user content
You retain rights you have in dream text you submit and grant Dreamora the limited rights needed to process it and provide the service. Dreamora and its software, design, branding, and service content remain protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
13. Availability, changes, and account action
The service may change, be interrupted, or be discontinued. Dreamora may restrict, suspend, or terminate accounts for fraud, abuse, security risk, or material violation of these Terms, subject to applicable law.
14. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Dreamora is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or reliance-based losses arising from interpretations or use of the service. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or rights that cannot legally be excluded.
15. Privacy, deletion, and necessary retention
The Privacy Policy explains data processing and deletion. Account deletion does not require immediate destruction of records reasonably retained for accounting, legal obligations, chargebacks, payment disputes, fraud prevention, security, or enforcement of legal rights. Historical subscription records, if any, may be retained and supported.
